[NDS] Gyakuten Kenji (Perfect Prosecutor?)

Dai creatori del noto Gyakuten Saiban (noto a noi come la serie Ace Attorney) ecco un nuovo gioco "simulatore legale", nel quale una volta tanto vestiremo i panni dell'accusa, controllando nientemeno che Miles Edgeworth, acerrimo nemico di Phoenix!
Le meccaniche del gioco dovrebbero essere simili, eccetto per le sezioni d'indagine in cui dovrebbe essere possibile controllare Miles in terza persona.

Sembrerebbe peraltro essere quel "Perfect Prosecutor" che ci era stato annunciato tempo fa, probabilmente questa era una probabile traduzione del titolo.

Avevo sentito solo rumors su sto gioco che poi erano vere alla fine, ovviamente sarà mio subito sperando che nn faccia la fine di PW3 (sta volta col cavolo che aspetto)
sono troppo contento Edgworth è il mio idolo vorrei un giorno essere come lui ^^

Dopo Castlevania Judgement questo timore incombe anche su di me, ma mi fido ancora (un pochino) di Capcom. Magari l'idea di spin-off può far storcere il naso, però c'è da dire che Gyakuten Kenji (questo è il titolo originale, che dovrebbe significare più o meno Turnabout Prosecutor) si discosta dalle dinamiche di gioco dei predecessori, pur mantenendo inalterate quelle caratteristiche che hanno fatto grande la serie. E poi un personaggio come Edgeworth meritava, secondo me, maggiore approfondimento, anche se

Potere vestire i suoi panni nel quinto caso di Phoenix wright: Trials & Tribulations, ci ha già permesso di conoscere un pò meglio alcuni tratti della sua personalità

E' vero che comunque il tutto può sembrare una bieca trovata commerciale, e anche io spero che non rovinino una saga di qualità con una serie improponibile di spin-off, seguiti, collection etcetera etcetera (uhm, mi ricorda qualcosa...ma cosa?).

Qui di seguito comunque posto un'intervista a Minae Matsukawa, producer della serie.

Is the upcoming Turnabout Prosecutor game part of a series? Or...will there be a sequel to it?
Matsukawa-San: It is the Ace Attorney series for sure, but will have signicantly different features. We can't say much for the sequel to this, we'll have to see, don't we.

Will we see many familiar characters in TP? (I know Edgeworth, and Gumshoe are there, but is there anyone else?)
Matsukawa-San: This is actually soon to be announced. More and more information regarding this will be released in the near future so look out!

In Japan, Ace attorney music concerts are quite popular. Do you think it would be possible to have one of these concerts held in the US or Europe in the future if the fan base is numerous enough?
Matsukawa-San: If there are enough people who would like to attend then sure, why not!


Was there any specific reason to release Apollo Justice before Trials and Tribulations in Europe while in the US it was the other way around?
Matsukawa-San: People wanted to play Apollo Justice with all the new characters more than Trials and Tribulations at that time.

Not wanting to ask for any specifics about the releasedate: will perfect proscecutor be released in Europe (almost) simultaniously with America?
Matsukawa-San: I can't really say for now. However, as you may have noticed Capcom is very susceptible to fan voices so if you make enough noise...we'll hear you!

PW suddenly made the whole very Japanese "graphical novel" genre popular in the Western world. Can we expect similar games translated to English in the future?
Matsukawa-San: I'm absolutely delighted to hear that Phoenix Wright made such a cultural impact! It was a challenging task but it was obviously well worth the effort. However, at the moment I would imagine it would be hard to come up with 'similar' games and the PW series will be the one and only of this calibre.

Will we ever see Phoenix & Maya again?! I want phoenix and Maya to be seen again so badly. You built up their friendship, and I think they deserve something more.
Matsukawa-San: Capcom is a company that is influenced by the voices of fans, almost too much so. So, if the fans out there make enough hype and noise about it...you know the drill!

io spero che non rovinino una saga di qualità con una serie improponibile di spin-off, seguiti, collection etcetera etcetera (uhm, mi ricorda qualcosa...ma cosa?).

Giusto per iniziare ci sta il piccolo Edgey in SNK Vs. Capcom Card Fighters DS v.v Direi che partiamo bene.

So che siamo OT, ma una data per PW3? Non doveva arrivare a ottobre in Europa?

Ok, dopo 1 anno e 4 mesi (circa), riuppo il topic, perché ho provato il gioco:

Edit: Ho appena terminato il primo caso, m'è piaciuto. Interessanti e ben studiate le nuove opzioni Logic e Deduction, tutto il resto è bene o male identico. Non c'è il tribunale, ma la cross-examination c'è sempre. E' anche facile abituarsi alla nuova modalità esplorativa.

E poi... Sentire Edgey che dice "you fail" non ha prezzo *_*
