dopo aver giocato(interamente ed in parte) alcuni giochi della Level 5, ormai mi sono convertito...sarà mio, a prescindere da tutto!

Sony ha tenuto oggi una conferenza finanziaria, nella quale sono stati rivelati alcuni dettagli riguardanti il presente e il futuro prossimo delle strategie commerciali e finanziarie legate a PlayStation 3.
Parlando più nel dettaglio di videogiochi, una delle notizie più interessanti è stata la conferma dell'uscita di White Knight Story entro quest'anno fiscale, ovvero entro l'aprile del 2009.
Il gioco in questione, per chi non lo conoscesse, è un RPG in sviluppo presso Level-5 - e già questo basta per rappresentare un titolo di sicuro interesse - in esclusiva per PlayStation 3.

Speriamo bene perchè mi manca un GDR su Ps3

White Knight Chronicles: “Awakening Soon”


Sony Japan and Level-5 updated the main image in the front page of their official sites for Shirokishi Monogatari (aka White Knight Chronicles) with a text that my poor translation says “The days of awakening is coming soon“. The change is noted by some Japanese blogs and most likely point to a reappearance of the highly anticipated RPG after a year of silence at Tokyo Game Show 2008 or better yet, new updates in the upcoming issue of Weekly Famitsu (Level-5 president and the game’s director/producer Akihiro Hino has a regular column chatting about the game in the mag for a few issues before it disappeared quietly). Although this is not entirely surprising as Sony had mentioned before that the game will be launched in this fiscal year (ended April 2009), the game’s complete lack of updates is worrying me, so any minor updates is a news for my single most anticipated PS3 game now.

White Knight Chronicles confirmed for TGS 08

Although expected, it's pleasing to hear that SCEJ (Sony Computer Entertainment Japan) has confirmed that Level 5's upcoming RPG, White Knight Chronicles, will be making an appearance at this year's Tokyo Game Show.

Also, for those of you brave enough to explore the Japanese website, SCEJ has updated the official White Knight Chronicles site with new concept art, character layouts, and details on the combat system.

With the game set to release within the fiscal year, we expect Level 5 to reveal much more than a playable demo in Tokyo this year. Expect to see more on gameplay, characters, storyline and more.

Tokyo Game Show 2008 will begin October 9.

ma anche no, di sicuro non è un capolavoro, ma il 7 pieno se lo merita eccome. Anzi la versione PS3 era anche migliore di quella su 360 (per ovvi motivi dettati dal fatto che è uscita molto piu tardi)

White Knight Chronicles dated for Japan

The Latest issue of Famitsu magazine has confirmed that Level 5’s highly anticipated RPG White Knight Chronicles will be released in Japan on December 11, 2008 priced at JPY 6980.

A western release has yet to be announced, though the game is expected to make an appearance at the Tokyo Games Show next month.

Little is known about the game at present, other than the fact it will incorporate all the necessities you’d expect from a stellar RPG outing, including sumptuous visuals, real-time combat system and a lengthy play time rumoured to exceed the 50 hour mark.
