When you obtain Excalibur II, you will also receive a letter. The
letter says:
To Brother Gil,
"Bro, I found the sword, like you told me. But, there were two. One of
them had a lame name, something II. It was a dingy, old thing, with
flashy decorations, something you'd probably like. So, I went with
Excalipur. I'll be back after finding the Tin Armour."
What can you infer from this letter? Brother Gil... could he be
Gilgamesh? Remember in FFV. Gilgamesh attempts to use the 'Excalipur'
sword on your party. But, somehow this sword is a 'fake' version of
the powerful Excalibur sword because after you steal this sword from
Gilgamesh, this sword can only do 1 HP of damage, even though the
stats of its power is almost the same as Excalibur. Luckily, the guy
who took Excalipur didn't take Excalibur with him or else, you will
end up getting an useless sword. And he's on his way to find the
Tin Armour... Wait a minute... is he trying to find the Legendary
Synthesis Shop? Be careful... don't go to hell to find Hades.
Allora qualcosa che ha a che fare con il mitico Gilgamesh de FF V c'è!!
